Eclipse 1100HR Review
Eclipse 1100HR is an entry level elliptical machine from Fitness Quest. If you are after light exercising routines then this could be your model. No reason to pay large amounts of money if you're only planning to lose some weight or stay in shape.
Considering the price of this elliptical trainer, its heart rate monitor and 12 exercising programs are nice extra features. Use those to achieve your goals and give yourself a good sweat. The machine will be stable if you are well under it's maximum weight capacity, not higher than 6'0" and exercising at a low pace. Anything more than that will bring a strange feeling in motion, although machine is smooth enough.
You may want to spend a minut or two now and then to maintain the machine because it will serve you longer - use a lubricant in movable parts, in areas where little squeaks appear. Or you could just ignore them, listening to music or turning on the TV, but that is up to you.
