Nautilus 2000 Review

Nautilus Fitness is known for producing high quality fitness equipment and this elliptical trainer is just one of many examples. Nautilus 2000 is a high-priced elliptical that is trying to take a piece of cake from Life Fitness and Precor. Considering that this model's price tag is a bit lower than those of its competitors, it might be a target for users who appreciate quality but still want to cut costs to the minimum.

With this model at your disposal, you will be able to feel what working out on an elliptical trainer is all about. Nautilus 2000 can sustain heavy usage by more than one person during the day. You won't have trouble with high paced workouts because the machine is very stable due to good design and the weight of the unit. It needs to be mentioned, though, that some taller users may find the stride of only 16" to be too short. That's something quite interesting on a model with such a price, when you consider that it's a light commercial unit that has to satisfy different types of users. Other features are perfectly fine, there are interesting workout programs, a good resistance system, wireless heart rate monitor and LED console. Nautilus 2000 also has a good warranty, which is a big plus when talking about elliptical trainers at this price range.

We highly recommend this model to all except very tall people who might have a problem with hitting their knees. If you're a taller person, you can solve this by planting your feet a bit further back on the pedals, but it still lessens your mobility.
